TravelCPAP’s goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, occasionally you may receive a product that does not fit your personal needs. If you need to return an item to us, please follow our guidelines detailed below.
Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days meeting our return criteria:
- Products must be in new, 100% resalable condition. No cracks, No scratches, Dirty, Marked tires, or any indications of usage.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested from TravelCPAP within 15 days of delivery of the product.
- Once an RA has been received, products must be returned at the customer’s expense within 15 days.
Most product returns require a service fee of 15%.
Select products require up to 25% service fee. These include but are not limited to:
- Power Wheelchairs
- Power Scooters
- Lightweight Wheelchairs
- Unopened Cushions and backs
- Unopened Bath Products
- Portable Oxygen Concentrators
- Stationary Oxygen Concentrators
- HomeFill Oxygen Systems
Returnable products require a Return Authorization. Products returned without a Return Authorization will NOT be credited. To obtain a Return Authorization, please call Customer Support at 844.767.9553 or e-mail [email protected].
Return freight will be the customer’s responsibility unless an error was made by TravelCPAP. Once you have requested an RA, we will be happy to assist you in determining the best shipping method to use. We highly recommend insuring large items to protect against any shipping damages.
Please follow all return instructions carefully that will be provided with your RA. This will include a return shipping address. MedLife reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping products to the correct location, if the products are returned to the wrong address.
If delivery of a product is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and applicable restocking fees will be applied.
Orders canceled after the product has been shipped are subject to the above return policies. You must accept shipment delivery, request a Return Authorization, and ship the product back to the correct address provided by TravelCPAP.
Once the return is received, TravelCPAP will issue a credit to the original form of payment used. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued. Orders paid by check or money order will be issued a check back within 3 weeks.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item is defective or damaged, please call Customer Support at 844.767.9553 or email [email protected] immediately. An RA will still be required. We will then arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced promptly.
